You can apply for a GOR membership in order to receive the reduced member fee here. The membership due for the year 2022 is 100,00 €. The membership will be checked after registration. You must also be a member of GOR to profit by the reduced fee for PhD/Students/Retirees.

Participants from developing countries can also register for the reduced fee ("GOR Member" or "PhD / Students / Retirees with GOR membership"). A list of developing countries can be found here.

Co-operating OR organizations membership (like ÖGOR, SVOR, DMV etc.) and the case of "developing country" will be checked after registration.

For verification of student status, we kindly ask PhD and Master students to send a valid student ID card to or2022∂ior.kit.edu after registering for the conference.

Every registration type (except "Accompanying person") includes:

• admittance to all sessions and the exhibition at the venue;
• conference material;
• coffee and tea throughout the conference;
• lunch on Wednesday and Thursday; 
• public transport ticket;
• admittance to Get-Together event (on Tuesday starting at 6 pm);
• wireless internet access at the conference;
• Springer proceedings online volume

Cancellation policy: a 100% refund may be requested before August 16, 2022, if the the conference is held  in presence. A full refund up to the start of the meeting is available, if the meeting is converted to an online format.  Please inform us by email about your cancellation (or2022∂ior.kit.edu).
